Finally have a new job. ^__^

The earth is 360 degrees around and there is 24 hours to the day as it turns.

If I divide 360 in to 24 equal parts, I get 24 sections of 15 degrees.

Since each section would be an hour, it is also 60 minutes.
I then divide the 60 Minutes by the 15 degrees of the segment.
Which I then get 4 minutes. Otherwise know as one Marten Minute.
